Whistleblowing

Information on the Procedure for Receiving and Processing Reports of Legal Violations at Fenige S.A.

 

Fenige S.A. operates in accordance with high standards arising from legal regulations, internal rules, and ethical norms.

In line with this, on September 3, 2024, by resolution of the Management Board, the "Procedure for Receiving and Processing Reports of Legal Violations at Fenige S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) was adopted.

The Procedure outlines the process for submitting reports of violations, the principles of their verification, and the steps for corrective action, as well as the protection of the whistleblower from retaliation.

Reporting violations allows for proper management of the issue and reduces the risk of recurrence of improper behavior in the future.

 

Reports can be submitted:

a) electronically, via a dedicated email address: whistleblowing@fenige.pl,

b) orally, during a direct meeting with the Compliance Officer,

c) in traditional (paper/written) form to the company's address: Fenige S.A., Compliance Officer, ul. Promienna 38 nr 1, 03-672 Warsaw, with the note "WHISTLEBLOWING."

 

Scope of data that should be included in the report of a violation:

- whether the report should remain anonymous or not,

- whistleblower’s information (name and surname, unless the report is to remain anonymous),

- contact details (a correspondence address or email address from which the whistleblower can receive electronic correspondence, unless the report is to remain anonymous),

- the area to which the report relates,

- a description of the event being reported,

- the person or persons to whom the report refers (name, surname, job position or name),

- other persons (name, surname, job position or name) who may be connected to the legal violation specified in the report.

 

The whistleblower is entitled to:

- remain anonymous;

- receive information on the planned or taken follow-up actions and the reasons for such actions;

- protection against retaliation from the persons to whom the report relates or other persons who may be connected to the legal violation specified in the report.

 

The whistleblower's data is protected in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
